  • Sweden’s Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson said on Monday that Russia’s President Putin had underestimated the unity shown between European countries.

  • “At the same time as Putin is pushing Russia into isolation, we are strengthening Europe, our common security and our international cooperation,” Andersson said at a news conference in Berlin.

  • The Swedish Prime Minister had held bilateral talks with the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and said Germany is an important partner for Sweden.
