Few in Sweden follow the recommendation from the Public Health Agency to wear a face mask on crowded public transport.

Only one in ten adults were wearing a mask when Swedish Radio News, together with local P4 news stations, counted more than 1,200 passengers throughout the country travelling on public transport.

About the one-in-ten figure, Britta Björkholm at the Public Health Agency says: “It should be higher”.
