Lyssna: Swedish finance minister on impact of Russian sanctions in Sweden
-
Swedish Finance Minister Mikael Damberg says he expects comparatively limited impact on the Swedish economy from the latest EU sanctions on Russia.
-
Speaking at a press conference in Stockholm Monday morning, Damberg added that the situation is uncertain and could change.
-
“Russian actions have affected the price of oil and gas for some time in Europe, including here in Sweden… but there is no immediate risk of a shortage of fuel, gas or electricity in Sweden”, he said.
