  • The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority is keeping a close eye on events after a nuclear power station in Ukraine caught fire after a Russian attack overnight. The fire has since been put out.

  • Jan Hanberg from the Authority tells Swedish Radio News that the event is very serious.

  • The reactors store burnt-out nuclear fuel, and there would be large consequences if those caught fire, says Hanberg.
