Four Russian aircrafts violated Swedish air space by flying above the island of Gotland on Wednesday.

  • Four Russian aircraft violated Swedish airspace by flying close to the island of Gotland, the Swedish Air Force said on Wednesday.

  • However, the Swedish Air Force were in full control and reacted accordingly, said deputy commander Anders Persson.

  • “Swedish fighter jets were sent out to document and photograph the incident”, Persson told Radio Sweden.
