The right-wing extemist Danish politician Rasmus Paludan now wants to hold election rallies in Uppsala and Stockholm on May 1st for his party Stram kurs. Paludan is a dual Swedish-Danish citizen, and his party has registered to take part in the Swedish election this autumn.
According to news agency TT, he has indicated that the meetings in Stockholm and Uppsala would consist of up to 15 people and that he would have a megaphone, lighters and books.
Police Region Väst recently denied his application to demonstrate in Borås, due among other things to violent riots that broke out in several cities during the long Easter weekend, when Paludan had conducted meetings and burned copies of the Koran.
