Lyssna: Johansson expected to survive the no confidence vote
-
It looks like Justice and Home Affairs Minister Morgan Johansson will survive a vote of no confidence today, after the independent MP Amineh Kakabaveh this morning said she will not vote against him.
-
In a comment to news agency TT, the Social Democrat party secretary Tobias Baudin confirmed their agreement with Kakabaveh from the autumn still stands, which was her condition for abstaining from voting.
-
With this, the opposition is unlikely to get the 175 votes needed to oust the minister.
