Lyssna: Ericsson board faces key vote after possible IS bribery in Iraq

  • This afternoon, the telecom company Ericsson is holding its general assembly. The big question is whether the board should be discharged from liability.

  • Several of the big owners are going to vote no to that, due to events in Iraq over the last decade or so.

  • Jesper Bonnivier, CEO of the firm Avanza, told Swedish Radio News, “Essentially, we’re disappointed in the communication that the company has had around these events.”
