“A Business Proposal” Cast Shares Favorite Scenes – JayneStars.com

Beloved Korean drama, A Business Proposal, aired its finale on April 5.  Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Se Jeong, Kim Min Kyu, and Seol In Ah are perfectly cast, bringing the webtoon romantic comedy to life in the SBS’ hilarious adaptation. Although the drama is full of iconic moments, the cast shares some of their own favorites scenes.

Ahn Hyo Seop: Episode 10

While he and Kim Se Jeong have many romantic scenes together, Ahn Hyo Seop shares his favorite heartfelt moment in the drama, “There were a lot of memorable scenes. If I had to choose one, I would say the one where Ha Ri was worried about Tae Mu facing the rain because of his childhood trauma. Before even apologizing, he realized that she was trying to shield him from the rain. The story of them caring for each other is beautiful.”

Kim Se Jeong: Episode 3

Kim Se Jeong revealed that her favorite scene was the one where she was crying over unrequited love from Kang Tae Mu. “Although everyone assumed that my favorite one was the blind date scene with ‘Samantha and Rachel,’ my favorite one is actually the bus stop scene. While A Business Proposal does seem like a light-hearted romance drama, it’s actually full of deep sentimental feelings and love. It doesn’t help that there are so many mellow soundtracks in the show as well. We had to ensure that the scene wasn’t too fun and to pique the interest of viewers. I remember it was a rather burdensome scene to film.”

Kim Min Kyu: Episode 7

With Kim Min Kyu’s kiss scene taking social media by storm, the actor revealed the reason behind taking off his glasses for the scene, “When we were filming the kiss scene, I thought my glasses would be in the way so I just took them off. The viewers liked it more than we thought. While everyone was focused on filming the kiss, I remember my stylist was the only person anxious I would break my glasses during the scene.”

Seol In Ah: Episodes 6 and 10

Naming two scenes from episodes 6 and 10, Seol In Ah said, “The scene where Jin Young Seo had to use the restroom left the biggest impression,” and described it as “humiliating and funny at the same time.”

The actress also cited the scene where Kim Min Kyu’s character recalled his days in an orphanage leaving a big impression, since it depicted the growing closeness and struggles in a relationship realistically.
